Hiring: Customer Success Manager
We’re looking for a proactive Customer Success Manager to help schools get the most out of Deledao’s Suite.
You’ll guide K–12 districts through onboarding, training, and everyday use of our real-time AI solutions, making sure teachers and IT admins see meaningful results in their classrooms.

Core Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Manager, you will:

Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Provide engaging training for teachers.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to strengthen relationships and drive product adoption.

You understand how schools work and care deeply about helping educators succeed.
You enjoy building relationships, solving problems quickly, and making technology approachable for non-technical users.
Experience in sales, customer support, or account management within the K–12 EdTech industry is a plus.
